JOB DESCRIPTION
Sale mindset and Never Give up Hand all of job of function
Proactive perform searches according to customer expectations
Conduct meetings, discussions and negotiations with clients regarding expectations and various requirements to successfully conclude contracts
Assist client with job placement
Ensure self-target and team targets are achieved
Build and maintain a good relationship with candidates for marketing insight.
Utilize the relationship and ensure trust from clients and candidates
Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database
Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques,
business development, etc.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, business performance reports and results achieved to management.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, especially writing and speaking skills (IELTS, TOEIC certificates are preferred)
Computer literacy.
Customer service orientated
Able to work independently, with a high sense of responsibility
Able to work well under pressure and meet targets & deadlines
At least from 1 year of working experience in sales, open to all sectors. (If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train you.)

Competitive salary: 8 mil - 10 mil base gross + high commission (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days)
