Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing Executives to
design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
Undertake content marketing
initiatives and collaborate with design and writing teams to achieve business
targets and produce high quality content
Optimize content considering SEO
and Google Analytics
Blog on an ongoing basis to
support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors through search,
social media, and email subscribers.
Grow our subscriber base by
providing them with regular, helpful content that's aligned with their needs
and interests.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
3rd/4th-year student or Fresh Graduate preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
At least 3.5 working days/ week in 2-month internship commitment
Professional English is needed
Creative mindset and a passion for content creation.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Previous content writing or marketing experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

focus on SEO to support our software outsourcing and product development
business. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing
digital marketing campaigns to enhance online visibility and drive growth.
Key
Responsibilities:
· Develop
and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search
rankings and drive traffic to our websites.
· Manage
and optimize digital advertising activities on platforms like Google Ads,
Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Collaborate
with internal teams, including the Sales Team and CEO, to understand
product offerings, analyze market trends, and identify gaps for brand
positioning.
· Conduct
regular analysis of competitor strategies and adjust marketing
efforts accordingly.
· Monitor,
report, and evaluate the performance of digital marketing channels using KPIs to
ensure continuous optimization and maximum ROI.
· Stay

REQUIREMENTS
Job
Requirements:
At
least 2 years of
experience in Digital Marketing with a strong background in SEO and
SEM.
Proven
track record with Google Marketing Platforms (Google Ads, Google
Analytics, etc.) and Facebook Marketing.
Experience
working in a software outsourcing or IT company is highly
preferred.
Strong
understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and tactics to
drive performance-based results.
Excellent
communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
with different teams.
Ability
to work independently and proactively, creatively.
Proficiency
in English for internal and external communication.

Collaborate with the CEO/PM to identify project
requirements and expectations.
Follow up on project progress and track key
milestones.
Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them
to the Project Manager for resolution.
Connect and coordinate with the
marketing/sales/development team in developing products.
Collaborate with other department/ team members to
ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Assist in creating project-related documents such as
requirements documents, user stories, and specifications.
Project status reports, highlighting progress, and
proposed solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration,
Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 2 years' experience as a Project
Coordinator in a software/technology industry
Having knowledge about Scrum master is a big plus
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage
with clients and cross-functional teams.
Excellently written and verbal communication skills
in English
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving
skills
Experience in HRM/AI project coordination is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools and software
(e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus.
