What You Will Do

Understand throughout all software
requirements

Prepare testcase, test scenarios, test plan

Executing tests on software usability
including: Integration testing, system testing, load testing and other parts

Analyzing test results on database impacts,
errors or bugs, and usability.

Preparing reports on all aspects related to

What You Will Do
Participate in the
product development life cycle
Read and
understand software description documents and user requirements (aka BA or
Game Design document)
Support, and
consult PM to research and apply new technology to the project
Design server
system architecture, source code and database
Design, build,
develop and optimize API system
Code features

Deploy the system

Building web/app

Responsibilities

Ability to understand, gather UX requirements, briefs from partners and teams
- Ideate and design information architecture, wireframes, visual design,
interaction models
- Design and develop the user interface for web and mobile application
- Analyze user behavior in order to optimize the user interface
- Participate in brainstorming and workshops with teams and clients
- Work with multiple
teams (Design, Development, Business Analyst, Marketing, Sales...)
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- At least 2
working years in UI/UX design experience in web and mobile
applications
- Skills of visual design, prototyping, wireframing, user flow, interactions
- Proficiency with
Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator,...
- Experience in HTML,
CSS, Responsive design
- Strong communication and presentation skills

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Kiểm soát giá xây dựng, chi phí pháp lý, chi phí hành chính, bảo hành, giá nhà thầu và quy
trình thực hiện.
- Kiểm tra, kiểm soát Tổng dự toán công trình, đối chiếu sự phù hợp việc áp dụng định mức,
đơn giá vật tư xây dựng, kiểm tra sự phù hợp khối lượng công tác xây dựng, đảm bảo nguyên
tắc tính đúng, đủ khối lượng các hạng mục trong dự án.
- Kiểm tra, đánh giá, theo dõi về các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình dự án thi công, hợp đồng
trong quá trình
thi công xây dựng công trình; làm việc kịp thời với khách hàng về các vấn đề phát sinh;
- Lập và theo dõi kế hoạch ngân sách, hợp đồng, tạm ứng, thanh quyết toán dự án. Tương tác với
khách hàng về thời gian thanh toán dự án.
- Kiểm soát chi phí thanh toán, quyết toán của nhà thầu đệ trình.
• Tổ chức kiểm tra, giám sát QA, QC, QS (chủ động khi có thời gian)
- Kiểm soát, giám sát các vật tư, thiết bị do nhà thầu đưa vào công trình.
- Kiểm soát việc thực hiện các điều khoản của hợp đồng đã ký với nhà thầu/đối tác.
- Quản lí nghiệm thu, quyết toán, sau khi đưa công trình vào sử dụng:
- Làm việc với QLDA để xác nhận hồ sơ của các nhà thầu để phục vụ công tác thanh quyết toán.
- Liên hệ làm việc với các khách hàng, TVGS, GSDA Bên A nhằm trao đổi giá trị thanh quyết toán
hồ sơ.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm từ 03 năm trong lĩnh vực xây dựng, tài chính xây dựng
- Am hiểu về kinh tế tài chính xây dựng.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lí thu, chi, quyết toán công trình.
- Ứng viên nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát, kỹ lưỡng trong công việc 100% là ưu thế lớn.
