JOB DESCRIPTION
Working Hours:
8 working hours per day + 1 hour lunch break (9AM-6PM).
5 days per week including weekends.
Job Description:
- Market Research:
Conduct market research using online sources and open data.
Prepare detailed market research reports and presentations.
Perform competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
Assist in developing new business channels based on market insights.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support business development efforts.
- Business Development:
Support the development of new sales channels (B2C & B2B) to generate leads and drive sales conversion.
Follow up on new sales opportunities as directed by the director.
Engage with potential customers in various sectors (HORECA, food manufacturing, hospitality) through cold calling, direct outreach, and sales follow-ups.
Work with the director to build and maintain a customer database for sales engagement.
Prepare standard business contracts and assist with negotiation processes.
Assist with local and overseas trade events for product promotion and lead generation.
Collaborate with external partners on OEM and other services.
Track and report sales performance on a weekly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have completed your final year and finished your thesis.
No prior work experience is required.
Proficiency in speaking, understanding, and writing in English or Chinese. (Additional proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or other languages is a plus.)
Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles.
Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn, with a proactive, creative, and hard-working attitude.
Strong logical thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to focus on solving problems for optimal outcomes.
