Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Assist in creating process flow diagrams and documentation
Contribute to the development of business cases and project proposals
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting
Participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Has at least 1 year experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages
Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Understanding of agile methodologies
