JOB DESCRIPTION
Follow up customer collections and payment status.
Support preparation and execution of Booking Forms, Deposit Agreements, Escrow Agreements, and SPA.
Monitor bank loan documentation and coordinate with customers and banks.
Support subsale transactions and prepare required documents.
Maintain customer records and documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or fresh graduate.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
English communication is a plus.
