We're looking for a Business Developer / Account Executive in the early stages of their career for a 6-month internship at HYBRBASE in Ho Chi Minh City.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about strategic, design, and technology thinking in an agency environment, specifically in digital products. As a Business Development Intern, you'll work closely with the founder to support business growth and expand our client base and talent pools. You'll gain hands-on experience in GTM strategy, lead generation, and management while using modern tools to help deliver cutting-edge digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, marketing, and lead generation activities.
Assist in developing and executing sales and talent acquisition strategies to reach key client segments.
Support the creation of compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Understand project requirements and identify the best-fit contractor for specific roles.
Help build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and alliances.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and content.
Assist with administrative tasks related to business development.
What we're looking for
Early in your career as a Business Developer/Account Executive
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
A good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A genuine interest in technology and the digital agency landscape.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Bonus points for
Prior experience in marketing, digital agency, IT or consultancy setting (e.g., through internships, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities).
Familiarity with CRM software.
