What you'll do
🔹 Build financial models and perform company valuations
🔹 Conduct industry, market, and investment research
🔹 Support due diligence and transaction execution
🔹 Prepare marketing materials (Investment Memorandums and Teasers), and pitch decks
🔹 Source strategic investors and develop investor databases
🔹 Work directly with founders/ C-suite positions to support key business decisions and ensure a sustainable deal process
We're looking for
✅ CFA Level I passed (preferred)
✅ 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research
✅ Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
✅ Excellent English communication
✅ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Capital IQ, etc.)
