JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented TikTok E-commerce Intern to support the daily operations and optimization of our TikTok shop. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in E-commerce management, digital merchandising and platform operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the TikTok E- commerce ecosystem, a keen eye for visual presentation and the ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks efficiently.
Job Descriptions:
Product and E-commerce Store Management
Upload and update product listings, including images, descriptions, and titles, to ensure accuracy and engagement.
Optimize store visuals by decorating the storefront and updating banners and images during promotional events.
Conduct regular audits to ensure all product and shop information is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with
designers to develop compelling LIVE covers and product images that align with marketing objectives.
Experiment with various image layouts and content formats to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Livestream and Inventory Monitoring
Oversee the TikTok shop and livestream room setup to ensure correct information display and seamless execution.
Monitor stock levels daily and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stockouts and maintain sales efficiency.
Translation and Administrative Support
Assist in translating product descriptions and campaign materials as needed (English or Chinese proficiency is a plus).
Provide administrative support for e-commerce operations and other assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
Strong understanding of TikTok e-commerce operations and digital merchandising strategies.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or content editing is a plus.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is highly preferred.
