Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our team to and be part of our growth journey.
You will be responsible for supporting the company's Finance Department.
What will you get to do?
Financial Document Administration (20%)
Paperwork Compilation (30%): Support in compiling paperwork for HR, Banking, Tax, SIHUI, vendor contracts, etc.
Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting (15%): Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; prepare financial reports.
Accounting Support (10%): Communicate with and support the accounting function for monthly bookkeeping.
Internal Systems and Software Management (5%): Assist with support tasks in managing internal systems and software under guidance.
Procurement (10%): Procure office supplies, equipment, assets, etc.
Travel and Accommodation Arrangements (5%): Assist with pop-up bookings for accommodation and travel.
Special Projects and Initiatives (5%): Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or last year student, preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or relevant field;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query);
A talent for integrating effective tools in your work;
Good communication skills and proficient in both written and oral English and Vietnamese;
Ability to align and build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders;
Detail-oriented, highly-organized, independent, logical thinking, and able to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
