We are recruiting five Project Management Interns to support our growth in Vietnam!
I. PURPOSE
To be an effective team member in the design, set up, and management of research projects and administrative tasks.
To provide on-the-job learning through direct involvement in the research basics and undertake project management tasks with supervision.
II. PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
1. Duration: 6 months
Month 1: Work closely with the Operations team to learn about data fielding, quality control, and Operations functions.
Months 2-3: Work within the Project Management department and collaborate with a randomly selected research line for project learning.
Months 4-5: Work within the Project Management department and rotate to collaborate with another research line for diverse exposure.
Month 6: Conclude with an evaluation of performance and learning outcomes.
2. Allowance: 3,000,000 VND (gross) with in-the-job training and a professional working environment.
III. RESPONSIBILITY
Learn how to coordinate market research projects.
Keen to learn and proactive about self-development.
Actively participate in project management and execution tasks.
Collaborate with Operations in the first month to understand core processes.
Adapt and learn rapidly across different research lines.
IV. QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Fluency in English required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Science, Statistics, or related studies.
Previous knowledge and experience in Project Management and Research are advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Vietnamese and English.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Personality Traits:
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Self-motivated and curious about market research and project management.
