JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant/Administrator to support our CEO and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
• Provide 70% personal assistant support to the CEO and 30% administrative support to
the team.
• Coordinate office activities and roadshows to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage and order office supplies as needed.
• Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, letters, packages, and other correspondence.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues.
• Prepare delivery orders and coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files and records.
• Assist other departments as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Good communication English skills.
BENEFITS
• Salary range: $500-800 USD
• 12 annual leaves
• SHUI insurance paid based on full salary
• 13-month salary
