JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment Support:
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media.
Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules.
Support in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Assist in employer branding and sourcing activities.
HR & Admin Support:
Assist in preparing onboarding and offboarding documents
Maintain and update employee records and HR filing systems.
Support in organizing HR-related events and internal communications.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration related
Fresh graduate or have less than 1,5 years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong English language skills
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
