MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
As an HR intern, you will expand your HR knowledge in a supportive environment. We offer hands-on experience through cross-functional collaboration within the HR department such as Talent Acquisition (TA) as well as HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Requirements
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, assessments, and data entry.
Assist in building and maintaining the candidate database.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure HRBP processes and compliance, including but not limited to onboarding, employee engagement, etc.
Provide support in HRBP-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Handle other administrative duties as required by the supervisor.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
Open to 3rd or 4th year university students.
Strong interest in Human Resources.
Available for a 6-month internship (full-time or part-time, minimum 4 days/week).
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (data processing & analysis), Google Slides, Canva, etc.
Customer-oriented, proactive, attention-to-detail, and highly responsible with a friendly and patient attitude.
