Responsibilities
1. Creative Ideation & Concept Development
Participate in brainstorming and generating creative ideas for social media campaigns, digital content, and branding materials.
Contribute fresh perspectives to enhance storytelling and audience engagement across platforms.
2. Content Production
Write and edit captions, short-form copy, video scripts, and campaign taglines under guidance from the Content Lead.
Assist in producing blogs, landing pages, thought leadership articles, and case studies. Collaborate with SEO and design teams to enhance readability and visual engagement for long-form pieces.
Assist in developing content calendars and scheduling posts for social channels.
Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all materials.
Work closely with all stakeholders to turn creative ideas into deliverables that align with campaign goals.
3. Trend & Audience Research
Research digital trends, competitor campaigns, and audience insights to inform new ideas.
Provide creative input on how to adapt trending formats (memes, short videos, reels) for GoDi and client campaigns.
4. Reporting & Optimization
Support tracking post/campaign performance and gather feedback to improve future creative content.
Requirements
Must have
Recent graduate or Last-year student in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
Strong creative mindset and passion for content creation across both short-form and long-form formats.
Good command of English writing and communication.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proactive in problem-solving and taking initiative to deliver quality results.
Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
Nice to have
Portfolio or samples of writing/design/video projects (university projects, personal projects, freelance works).
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Google Workspace and basic video editing software.
Previous internship or extracurricular experience in content marketing or creative production.
