Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate outreach, test arrangements, interview scheduling, and data management
Build and maintain a passive candidate pipeline to expand Katalon's Talent Pool, researching and identifying candidates for future hiring needs
Handle recruitment requests for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring timely and accurate support
Contribute to employer branding by planning and executing recruitment-related events, such as university job fairs, and enhancing Katalon's brand visibility
Perform administrative tasks and support the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Currently in your 3rd/4th year or recently graduated in human resources, economics, business administration, or related fields
Able to commit to full-time work for 6 months to gain valuable, hands-on experience
Previous experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage, showcasing your familiarity with the field
Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese to connect effectively with candidates and stakeholders
Friendly, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
