JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Talent Acquisition
Receive and understand hiring requests, develop job descriptions.
Source, screen, and contact candidates via recruitment channels (social media, job sites, internal referrals).
Organize and participate in interviews, assess candidates alongside hiring managers.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
2. Internal Communication
Plan and execute internal engagement activities (team-building, birthdays, celebrations).
Develop and manage internal communication channels (bulletins, recruitment social media pages).
Conduct periodic employee surveys, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
3. Employer Branding
Develop employer branding content on digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Create promotional materials to showcase company culture and values.
Support recruitment events (job fairs, workshops, career days).
4. Other
Monthly report.
Support for administration and other task follow by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in a similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends on social media and industry forums.
Effective data management, time management, and multitasking skills.
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and results-driven.
Knowledge:
HR management, recruitment, and employer branding best practices.
Attitude:
Patient, honest, and resilient under pressure.
