MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
▪ Providing timely, accurate, quality and commercial legal advice to Phoenix team or its portfolios under supervision and assignment by the Legal Director
▪ With supervision of the Legal Director, proactively reviewing documents for legal advice for benefits of Phoenix and its portfolios, as well as identify and manage risks
▪ Drafting contracts, dossiers, documents in relation to legal jobs as assigned by the Legal Director ▪ Developing internal legal audits of all documents of Phoenix and its portfolios, under supervision of the Legal Director
▪ Updating new regulations and laws of Vietnam, and report to the Legal Director ▪ Support other tasks of Legal and Admin Team
