Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior
Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will play a
vital role in creating visually stunning and innovative designs for various
marketing campaigns across major automotive, mom-and-baby care, FMCG, and
banking brands.
Graphic Design:
Produce high-quality 2D and 3D designs for a variety
of materials, including:
Key visual (KV)
TVC
Banner Ads
Social media
Social Engagement
Ensure designs adhere to client brand guidelines and
current design trends.
Participate in internal creative projects, including
designing and producing unique products like blind boxes, to explore new
ideas and develop a wide range of skills. ([protected info])
Project Coordination:
Collaborate closely with other departments (Planner,
Account, etc.) to understand client requirements and meet project
deadlines.
Participate in brainstorming and developing marketing
campaigns.
Proven experience in mentoring and training junior
staff, particularly interns.
Quality Assurance:
Guarantee the quality of design deliverables before
submitting to clients.
Make necessary revisions based on client and team
feedback.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in digital design,
graphic design, graphic communications or related field
·
Minimum 2-3 years successful
professional design experience, preferably at a Digital agency
·
Strong portfolio of design work,
showing solution to business problems through effective design
Skills:
Design:
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator, Premier, After Effects, and Blender.
Creativity:
Possess strong creative thinking skills and the ability to generate
innovative ideas.
Communication:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Time Management:
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
Preferred:
Knowledge of current design trends and new design
tools.
Experience in the automotive, dairy, consumer goods,
or banking industries.
Strong English language skills.
