JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Accounting Department in:
Hỗ trợ Bộ phận Kế toán trong các công việc như:
Entering data, organizing, scanning, and filing accounting documents.
Hỗ trợ nhập liệu, sắp xếp, scan và lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán.
Preparing documents for audits or other tasks as instructed by the Accountant.
Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị hồ sơ kiểm toán hoặc các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Kế toán.
Coordinate with other departments when necessary.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan khi cần thiết.
REQUIREMENTS
Students who are about to graduate or recent graduates, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Sinh viên sắp tốt nghiệp hoặc mới ra trường chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
No experience required.
Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm.
Meticulous, honest, hard working, and eager to learn.
Tỉ mỉ, trung thực, chịu khó và ham học hỏi.
Basic office computer skills, especially Excel and Google Workspace.
Biết sử dụng tin học văn phòng cơ bản, đặc biệt là Excel, Google Workspace
Ability to communicate, read, and report in English. Can speak Japanese is preferred.
Có khả năng giao tiếp, đọc hiểu và báo cáo bằng tiếng Anh, biết tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế.
Have passion for service, F&B, retail, or related fields.
Yêu thích lĩnh vực dịch vụ, F&B, bán lẻ hoặc các ngành liên quan.
