JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Client Service:
Understand client needs and provide relevant solutions and consultation.
Maintain day-to-day communication and foster relationships with clients.
Organize and prepare for client meetings effectively.
Project Management:
Assist the Line Senior in executing assigned tasks with attention to detail.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions, project management, and performance reporting.
Effectively debrief and align internal team members on project updates and objectives.
Monitor project timelines and address any delays or issues by coordinating with teams (Content, Production, Technical, Suppliers, etc.).
Keep track of paperwork tasks, including workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking, etc under the direction of Line Senior.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
Background in Marketing, Communications, or related fields; final-year students who can commit to full-time work are encouraged to apply.
A good command of English, especially speaking and writing skills, is a must.
Hard-working, proactive, open-minded, and highly responsible.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to delivering quality results.
