JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Team lead to plan, execute, and oversee projects from beginning to end, ensuring that they are completed within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and communicate them to project stakeholders
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Monitor and report project progress, status, and key metrics to project sponsors and stakeholders
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, and comply with company policies and procedures
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, and motivate team members to achieve project goals
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in a technology company or a related industry
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Experience with project management software tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
