JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Market Outreach & Lead Gen (50%)
Find, connect and consult with overseas contractors using our proven outreach scripts.
Follow up with interested replies, answer basic questions, and invite them to test our free estimation tool.
Log outreach activity and response rates weekly in our simple CRM sheet.
2. Community & Social Engagement (30%)
Monitor active Reddit subreddits and Facebook contractor groups daily for estimation-related discussions.
Leave helpful, non-salesy comments providing practical answers and construction tips.
Collect common pain points and trending questions from forums to feed our content strategy.
3. Content & Creative Support (20%)
Create simple, eye-catching visual posts and carousels using Canva.
Edit short 30-60s screen demos using CapCut or Loom showing the software in action.
Assist in formatting and publishing SEO articles and user updates on the company blog.
REQUIREMENTS
Third-year studen, Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) tailored for international business communication.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, Content Strategy, Social Media Outreach).
Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to execute hands-on B2B growth campaigns.
Must have a personal laptop.
