JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop sales and profit plans for assigned ICT brands. (Xiaomi)
Drive new product portfolio development: build sales, product, and channel plans to obtain brand approval.
Plan product inbound schedules for assigned brands to meet sales demands, ensure healthy inventory levels, achieve vendor incentives, and secure profit targets.
Monitor and control inventory levels to stay within company requirements.
Negotiate post-import sales support programs with vendors.
Develop sales policies, pricing strategies, and promotional programs.
Propose process improvements, enhance existing workflows, and create new procedures to increase departmental efficiency.
Provide training on new products and key selling points to the Business Unit's sales team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
Less than 2 years of full-time working experience.
Preferably experienced in business operations within Home Appliances (HA) or Information & Communications Technology (ICT).
Preferably knowledgeable about ICT products such as laptops, smartphones, components, tech accessories, and home appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, etc.
Proficient in English for communication and presentations; Chinese is a plus.
Strong MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
