JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for candidates that are organized,
have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
Events Sales Executive responsibilities include prospecting, client management,
group and event bookings and able to organize all details of the events into a
clear and efficient event order for the operations department to execute.
Identify potential clients and
generate leads for event sales.
Conduct sales presentations and pitch
event services to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales
deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Create contracts, quotations,
proposals and event floor plans.
Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide
tailored event solutions.
Ensure high levels of client
satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Provide regular updates to management
on sales activities and results.
Work closely with the events and ops
team to ensure seamless execution of events.
Analyze competitor activities and
identify opportunities for growth.
Stay informed about industry trends
and market conditions.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
and skill:
Proficient in English, written and
communication
Minimum 1 year' experience in Hospitality,
F&B or Events / Wedding coordination industry
Target driven with a proven sales
ability
Possess strong interpersonal skill,
result-oriented, ability to multi-task with strong planning and organisational
skills
Works well under pressure especially
with time constraints and dealing with unplanned circumstances during events
Able to multi-task and thrive within a
fast-paced and highly challenging environment
Strong team player and a problem
solver
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work irregular hours,
including evenings, weekends and PH
