JOB DESCRIPTION
What you will be doing
Performance Dashboard Support: Assist in creating dashboards to track feature performance and generate insights for product improvements.
Product Release Assistance: Help compile updates for each release and draft internal release notes.
Product Communication Operations: Support in operating tools for in-app communication activities.
Product Data Documentation: Assist in documenting data flows to ensure alignment with product requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Your skill and experience
Passion for working with data and improving product quality.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Interest in data visualization and dashboard tools (experience is a bonus).
Curiosity about fintech, e-commerce, or digital banking.
