2. The Role
We are looking for a Design Intern with an eye for detail and a passion for creating clean, purposeful visuals. This role is for someone who knows their way around Adobe Illustrator and is eager to put those skills to real use - not just on practice projects, but on actual campaigns for top-tier brands.
You will support the Creative team in producing design assets across digital, print, and brand applications. This is your opportunity to learn agency craft hands-on, develop your design fundamentals, and grow alongside experienced creatives on high-impact work.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
Design Execution
Create and refine design assets including social media graphics, banners, layout compositions, and brand collateral using Adobe Illustrator.
Assist in producing Key Visuals (KV) and adapting master designs across multiple formats and sizes.
Prepare and export design files for both digital and print production, ensuring correct specs and quality.
Visual Research & Support
Search for visual references, build moodboards, and assist in developing the visual direction for pitches and campaigns.
Help maintain visual consistency across different touchpoints including digital, social, OOH, and brand identity.
Stay updated on current design trends, typography, and visual styles to bring fresh references to the team.
Concept & Craft
Participate in team brainstorms and contribute visual ideas based on campaign briefs and creative territories.
Refine typography, color, layout, and image compositing to meet agency quality standards.
Learn how to translate a creative brief into polished, production-ready design outputs.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Art Directors and Account teams to ensure designs are delivered on time and on brief.
Take creative direction and feedback constructively, applying revisions accurately and efficiently.
Support the broader production process as needed, including assisting with shoots or post-production tasks.
4. Who You Are
Education & Experience
Final-year students or fresh graduates from Art, Design, or related schools (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, etc.).
A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals - layout, typography, composition, and a good eye for aesthetics.
Available to work full-time (5 days/week) for a 3-6 month internship.
Design Skills
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator - this is the core tool for the role.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Knowledge of InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
Solid grasp of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual composition.
Mindset & Attitude
Detail-oriented, craft-conscious, and takes pride in clean, polished output.
Proactive and willing to take initiative - not waiting to be told what to do.
Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly without losing quality.
Curious about design, branding, and advertising - always looking for inspiration.
Language: Conversational English (working proficiency preferred).
