Mô tả công việc
ESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning & Campaign Management
- Participate in building monthly / quarterly / annual content marketing plans
- Execute multi-channel campaigns: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo OA, Website, Shopee, Grab
- Track campaign performance, prepare periodic reports and propose timely optimisations
2. Content Production
- Develop ideas and produce content suited to each platform and each audience segment
- Ability to independently design basic visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Able to shoot and edit simple short-form videos
- Brief, curate, and leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) from real customers and micro-influencers to build brand trust.
3. Channel Operations & Advertising
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms, ensuring brand frequency and consistency.
- Support the setup and daily tracking of Affiliate Marketing programs (on TikTok Shop / Shopee) and coordinate KOC bookings.
- Preferred: experience running and optimising Facebook Ads / Google Ads to grow brand awareness and revenue

- Strong copywriting skills - flexible tone across platforms, not templated or generic
- Basic design skills: Canva, Photoshop or equivalent
- Basic video production: CapCut, Premiere or equivalent
- Good aesthetic sensibility - especially for premium and lifestyle products

- A real content portfolio - the more specific, the better
