JOB DESCRIPTION
Research laws
and regulations about FDI and related
subject matter for case studies and projects of
clients.
Assist in the preparation of content, inputs
and materials based on the legal research required.
Prepare and
submit the required documents to
secure the approval and licensure of a foreign-invested company in Vietnam
Liaise with
authorities to carry out legal formalities and act on the client's behalf
Represent the Company to work
directly with clients in HCMC upon their arrival and/or work with relevant
stakeholders such as commercial banks and relevant state agencies, etc.
Collaborate with the Global
Business Team in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore to handle clients' queries and participate in
their monthly outreach campaigns and the like
Undertake other tasks assigned by
the seniors
REQUIREMENTS
Students
studying in the 3rd or 4th year, or fresh graduates from university majoring in Law.
Good research
and analytical skills
Good command
of English
Having client-facing experience is
preferred
Basic
knowledge of Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications
Proactiveness
and a cross-cultural mindset
