[HCM] CRM and Loyalty Program Specialist

The CRM and Loyalty Program Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing retention and loyalty marketing strategies to improve customer retention and increase loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM and loyalty programs, as well as experience in marketing and customer experience.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT ?

- Develop and implement retention and loyalty marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Collaborate with Ops and Customer Service to identify and address customer pain points and improve the overall customer experience.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve retention and loyalty.
- Build and maintain a loyalty program that is engaging and rewarding for customers.
- Track and measure the results of loyalty program initiatives to ensure that they are meeting business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in CRM and loyalty programs.

Key Deliverables:
● Within the first 3 months, develop a loyalty schema that would stand out from the typical programs in the market.
● Within the first 6 months, increase customer retention by 10%.
● Within the first year, increase customer lifetime value by 20%.

WHO YOU ARE ?

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM and loyalty program development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Experience in customer experience and customer relationship management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
