JOB DESCRIPTION
Make an impact
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, contribute creative ideas for events to enhance workplace satisfaction and morale.
Support communication efforts related to engagement activities and internal events.
Assist in coordinating training programs, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and managing logistics.
Help track participation and gather feedback from training participants to evaluate effectiveness.
Maintain training documentation and resources to ensure they are current and accessible to staff.
Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a unique and amazing young colleague, who brings along the following:
Fresh graduate/ final year student with education background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or relevant majors.
Be able to work full-time, on-site for 6-12 months.
Good English communication, interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Microsoft Office proficiency
