Responsibilities
Strategic & Creative Leadership
- Manage both Planning and Creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on quality.
- Develop and oversee creative strategies, content directions, and campaign planning.
- Provide strong leadership in ideation, concept development, and storytelling.
Cross-team Collaboration
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to translate client needs into impactful creative & strategic solutions.
- Act as the main bridge between creative and strategic thinking, ensuring alignment across all outputs.
People Management & Mentorship
- Lead, motivate, and inspire both Planning & Creative team members.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure consistent quality.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and training to upskill team members, nurturing future leaders.
Innovation & Quality Control
- Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively integrate them into projects.
- Oversee final deliverables and presentations to clients, ensuring creativity and feasibility.
- Continuously optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Planning or Creative roles at agencies, with 2+ years in a managerial/leadership position.
- Solid background in campaign planning, content strategy, and creative execution across multi-channel platforms (digital, social, activation...).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing full SoW for clients.
- Strong people management skills: delegation, feedback, coaching, and talent development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; able to balance creativity with practicality.
- Ability to inspire, collaborate, and push the boundaries of creative solutions.
