Build "Sales overnight, and brand over time" for Pizza Hut Vietnam to build the fastest growing, most trusted and loved F&B brand in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead brand vision and brand positioning for the Vietnam market, with the CEO. Identify the consumer and market needs in which the brand can play and grow sustainably in the future and a path to get there. Requires strategic thinking, strong consumer orientation and fascination with food.
2. Build a unique "brand voice" and create a "brand world" which is distinctive in the market. Define the brand and customer experience across touch points, especially retail stores and online/digital. Needs strong communication experience and creativity.
3. Build traffic into stores and drive sales on a weekly basis with a marketing and food innovation calendar which builds long-term relevance and also drives traffic. Leverage performance marketing mindset and digital media to drive traffic, as almost all of marketing spending is on digital. Needs a commercial mindset, analytic ability, attention to detail, an understanding of F&B retail, as well as ability to move fast.
4. Lead culture and be a senior leader of the organization. Needs high EQ, self-awareness and ability to lead and inspire people.
Team
Will lead a team of 10-12 people in the marketing function with direct reports. Informally lead cross functional teams to align and execute marketing and customer focused initiatives. Reporting to CEO.

Growth Path
Immediate growth is to Marketing Director (In case of younger talent) as the business grows; In case of senior talent with the right experience, the path would be from Equivalent of Marketing director to a Chief brand Officer role which has R&D, Marketing and Digital/IT reporting in.
The role would offer a path to GM/CEO over time, after undergoing broadening in the Operations function for a period of time.

Oriental). We are the franchisee of Yum! Brands which owns Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell globally and works with large corporations such as Jardines to develop and operate the brands in market. JRG has the franchise for pizza hut in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Myanmar.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relation.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 3 years at managerial level in leading corporate marketing, channel marketing, PR and product management.
- Possess a strategic thinking, strong consumer orientation and fascination with F&B industry
- Mature, tactful, innovative and progressive.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Strong management and good interpersonal & negotiation skill.
- Good Computer skill in related specialized software.
- Good command in both English and Vietnamese.
