WHAT YOU WILL DO- Develop and execute comprehensive location hunting strategies to identify prime areas for restaurant expansion, taking into account market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.- Utilize data analytics and market research tools to pinpoint potential growth markets and high-traffic areas with strong customer demand.- Leverage industry contacts, networking events, and partnerships to stay informed about emerging market opportunities and potential site leads.- Continuously evaluate and refine location selection criteria based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and market dynamics to optimize the success of new restaurant openings.- Lease Negotiation and relevant contract review- Lead the lease negotiations contract with landlords and property owners to secure favorable terms and conditions for new restaurant locations.Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to develop a clear vision and concept for each new restaurant.- Create detailed design plans and construction schedules.- Develop and manage budgets for the interior design and construction phases.- Ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.- Ensure that all interior designs and construction adhere to local building codes and regulations.- Maintain high-quality standards for the design, materials, and construction processes to ensure they align with the brand's image and standards.- Work closely with culinary teams, project managers, and marketing departments to ensure that the interior design supports the overall restaurant concept and brand image- Prioritize safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all construction workers and staff.Implement sustainable and energy-efficient design and construction practices where possible.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that design and construction meet the company's quality standards.- Evaluate the performance of the interior design and construction after the restaurant's opening, making necessary adjustments for future projects.- Seek opportunities to improve interior design and construction processes and practices for ongoing refinement and efficiency.

WHO ARE YOU- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project design and implementation management, particularly in the F&B restaurant or construction industry- Comprehensive understanding of design and construction processes, as well as project cost and time management.- Proficient knowledge and experience in technical infrastructure such as Mechanical and Electrical (ME) systems, Fire Protection systems (PCCC), and Gas systems- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse, multinational team- Ability to identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, as well as propose and implement preventive measures- Willingness to ability to travel and work on projects in various provinces.
