Job Description
Daily working time: 1 shift/day, 6 shifts/week.
Morning shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. (1-hour lunch break)
Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM-10:00 PM (1-hour evening break)
Welcome guests to the mall and guide them to the necessary information.
Record customer feedback and report on a daily basis.
Manage the lobby and ensure the cleanliness of the customer care counter area.
Receive and answer the phone (if any) and transfer it to the relevant department.
Support administrative work and some other related papers as assigned by management.
Job requirements
Able to communicate in English language skills, especially in listening and speaking skills
At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a client-facing role
Flexibility to work on shifts.
Highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese language skills
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer service mindset.
Proactive at work.
