Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Support Executive ($1200, ID 19930):
Support the Manager in developing strategies to improve customer service quality.
Handle customer inquiries related to quotations, sales orders, and related matters.
Follow up on quotations and proactively convert opportunities into orders.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to grow business.
Manage incoming leads via email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring efficient service processes.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints, provide timely solutions, and ensure proper follow-up.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, KPIs, and communication guidelines.
Visit customers when required (occasionally).
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirement
Female, under 40 years old.
Bachelor's degree.
Good at English skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or B2B Sales in mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronics companies.
Experience working with factories in automation, electrical, or electronics industries.
