1. Corporate Learning & Development Management
Implementing training needs analysis, planning, conducting and following up after training in order to strengthen employees' soft-skills.
2. Onboarding Program
Deliver a tailored Employee Onboarding program that embodies Maison's culture and equip new hire with full overview of company and related functional department.
3. Individual Development Program Management
Collaborate with the L&D Supervisor to develop and manage the Individual Development Program, ensuring effective execution and alignment with employee development goals.
4. E-learning
Lead the management and development of content for the E-learning platform, ensuring that materials are regularly updated, interactive, and engaging. Continuously optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operations and an enhanced learning experience.
5. Administration
Vendor management
Monitor training cost to ensure budget is not exceeded
Provide assistance and administrative support in the planning, organization and implementation of training
Oversee the logistics and administration of the training events
