HCM - Marketing Intern

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content & Creative Production
Assist in producing multi-channel content (captions, visual briefs, short-form videos) for A+C Coffee Experience, Gate Gate Gallery, and other business units within the A Collective ecosystem.
Support post-scheduling and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.
2. Campaign & Event Support
Support the rollout of marketing campaigns and on-site events (exhibition openings, workshops, merchandise pop-ups, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution and smooth operations.
3. Operations & Team Support
Handle administrative tasks, project documentation, and marketing files to ensure organized operations.
Execute other tasks as directed by the Marketing Lead to support the team's overall objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have
Education: 3rd/4th-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Content: Strong Vietnamese copywriting skills with a creative mindset; able to adapt tone of voice for different platforms (Threads, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
Design & Video: Proficient in Canva (good eye for layout/fonts) and basic video editing via CapCut/smartphone.
Mindset: Proactive, trend-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-have
Aesthetics: A good sense of visual style and interest in Art, F&B, or Lifestyle.
Experience: Prior involvement in student clubs or personal content projects (TikTok, Blogs, Fanpages).
Language: Working proficiency in English (for research and brainstorming).

WORKING HOUR & LOCATION:
Working hour: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
Location: A Plus Studio, 230/18 Pasteur, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC
