1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1/ Event Organization and Coordination: (35%)
Planning and decorating events at the center and managing guest registration.
Coordinating with the marketing team for event-related activities and implementation.
2/ Student Engagement: (45%)
Build strong relationships with students (children from 3 - 12 ages), maintaining trust and motivation throughout their journey.
Address feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure students remain engaged and satisfied.
Create a fun, total-English environment and proactively add value to students' experiences.
3/ Internal Revenue: (20%)
Partner with Educational Consultants to identify upselling and referral opportunities.
Support contract renewals by showcasing students' progress and setting appointments for discussions.

Base Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000

4. WORKING TIME:
Fulltime: From 12 AM to 9 PM (break time: 1 hour)
Parttime: Priority 6 PM - 9 PM
Off 1.5 day/week
