Responsibilities:
Support the team in day-to-day operations and data-related tasks.
Assist with project execution, tracking, issue resolution, ad/voucher requests, and status updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely support for their needs.
Take ownership of assigned administrative duties and provide general troubleshooting assistance.
Gain hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency within the e-commerce ecosystem.
Learn and grow through exposure to real-time problem-solving, campaign management, and strategic operations.
Qualifications:
Actively enrolled university students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional and collaborative team setting.
Good Excel knowledge [Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table, etc].
5 days a week commitment is preferred.
Able to commit more than 3 months internship would be preferred.
Previous internship or project experience in operations, e-commerce, data analysis, or administrative support.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work under tight deadlines.
