JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Support:
Provide responsive support to users across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) with professionalism and empathy.
Address user inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and guide customers through platform features.
Support the team in ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Develop an understanding of the platform's features and updates to confidently assist customers.
Stay informed on best practices in the virtual and hybrid event space.
Onboarding Assistance:
Assist in onboarding new users by helping them understand platform setup and configuration.
Support the preparation of training materials and resources for customer onboarding.
Issue Resolution Support:
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to log and escalate more complex issues to the technical support team.
Document common questions and feedback to improve the customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related eld.
Strong interest in customer service and the technology/events industry.
Basic understanding of online platforms or experience with technology/software is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in supporting team efforts.

Customer Support:
o Provide exceptional customer service to users of the online event platform via various channels such as email, chat, and phone.
o Address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through the platform features.
o Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
o Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the online event platform's features, functionalities, and updates.
o Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to virtual and hybrid events.
Training and Onboarding:
o Assist customers with onboarding onto the platform, providing guidance on setup and configuration.
o Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they maximize the use of the platform's capabilities.
Issue Resolution:
o Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and development, to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
o Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled/ or recently graduated in a bachelor's program with a focus on Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
Experience in customer care (Experience in an international business environment is a plus).
Understanding the role of media development and the online event field.
Knowledge of organizing workshops, academic events, webinars.
Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
