About the Department
The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers' banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers' lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Branch daily support
Handling daily operations at counters (opening account, update customer's information, issue ATM, PIN, and token, print bank statements, place and withdrawal FD, collect fee, etc.)
Attend to customer queries and/ or requests assist to resolve service issues to escalate unresolved concerns to Checkers.
Assist to maintain a high standard of housekeeping at branch and ensure all product materials are up to date
Comply with established operational control and audit procedures
Admin supports:
Scan and archive document into EWF system.
Filing original document and assist to order Crowns service
Assist to manage incoming and outcoming mails
Support Account service team in preparing KIT
Support Fedex service (packing parcel and preparing order number)
Support in running Bank statement when volume increase
Assist in monitoring stationeries, supplies, and prepare monthly order.
Others delegated tasks will be communicated by management if there are changes and updates
Job Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in Banking major.
Possess a positive mindset with a CAN-DO attitude and passion to deliver quality customer service
Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills, and work etiquette
Strong customer service mindset and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding customers' expectations
Team player, problem-solving skills, and well time management
Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, attention to details, and able to multitask
Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications
Fluently (written and spoken) in English
