Sourcing & Attraction
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels - job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and community partnerships
- Develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to beauty/FMCG talent pools (beauty advisors,
sales staff, etc.)
- Coordinate and attend walk-in interviews, recruitment events, and career fairs
Screening & Assessment
- Conduct CV screening, phone screening, and structured interviews at scale
- Design and apply efficient assessment tools to evaluate candidates quickly and accurately
- Ensure consistent candidate evaluation aligned with role requirements and company standards
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align on hiring criteria
- Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and market insights to stakeholders
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for selection and onboarding readiness
Process & Data
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, etc.)
- Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and propose process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Employer Branding
- Represent the company professionally on digital platforms
- Work with office admin for company activities to increase talent attraction for beauty/FMCG roles
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Experience: 2+ recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring. Prior experience in FMCG industry, especially beauty, personal care, or cosmetics sector

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver within tight timelines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
