Qualifications
Over 3 years' experience, Strong back-end web development skills, including Ruby on Rails and RESTful API design.
Experience with front-end development, working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common frameworks.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and modular application design.
Practical knowledge of test driven development, unit testing, and integration testing frameworks.
Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and version control tools such as Git.
Ability to work in an agile environment, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices is an advantage.
