JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Briefing:
Join client briefing sessions together with the Account Team.
Summarize formal client briefs, analyze key requirements, and translate them into clear, inspiring internal briefs for the creative team.
Provide essential information on product insights, target audiences, and strategic direction to ensure creative alignment.
Brainstorming & Strategy Development:
Participate in and facilitate brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and guiding discussions.
Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis - including industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and markets to deliver well-informed strategic recommendations.
Propose innovative ideas, campaign strategies, and brand solutions that address client objectives effectively.
Proposal Development:
Translate brainstorming outcomes into logical, structured campaign proposals.
Develop internal briefs and work plans for cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Ensure proposal quality, format, and messaging meet agency standards.
Highlight strategy, key concepts, and big ideas in all proposals.
Build and refine planning timelines until client directions are finalized.
Create and present marketing and event campaign proposals during client pitches.
Handle other planning-related tasks as required by the project.
Team Leadership & Project Support:
Supervise and mentor junior planners, ensuring performance quality and professional development.
Collaborate with management to build team structures that match workload and KPI targets.
Coordinate with HR to recruit and onboard new planning team members.
Oversee the creation of event and activation content, including scripts, storylines, and presentation materials when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Planner (or equivalent role) in an event or creative agency.
Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
Able to work under pressure, adapt to fast-changing timelines, and work overtime or weekends when required.
Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Creative mindset with a deep understanding of marketing and brand communication.
Personality:
Ready to work for long hours and even OT, under tight deadlines and must be able to handle pressure well.
