JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support recruitment activities including posting job advertisements and monitoring CVs, interacting on recruitment platforms.
- Compile resumes, create candidate evaluation files.
- Conduct phone interviews, plan interviews, and onboard new employees as instructed.
- Gather information for reports through direct or indirect interviews/surveys/forms.
- Responsible for managing contracts and employee records, monitoring their status and ensuring completeness.
- Responsible for other tasks related to correspondence, managing supplies, payments, requests, stationery, etc.
- Manage and plan monthly content and ideas on various media platforms (Fanpage, LinkedIn, etc.) for different target audiences.
- Ability to design banners, posters, social media posts, and backdrops for activities/events.
- Measure and promote reach, engagement, views, and generate monthly reports for these activities.
- Plan, execute, and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs.
- Conduct communication activities on various social media platforms (Fanpage, LinkedIn,...).
- Brainstorm and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and events across the company.
- Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's/College's degree or any relevant Economics, Languages, Finance
Language: Fluent English communication
Office skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams...)
Duration: Willing to take a 6-month internship.
BENEFITS
Salary: 3,000,000 VND/month + personal laptop allowance, free parking
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Work location: 163 Phan Dang Luu Street, Ward 1, Cau Kieu District, Ho Chi Minh City
Internship duration: 6 months
