JOB DESCRIPTION
Participate in
sample fittings and check garment silhouettes, fit, and overall appearance.
Record fitting
comments and feedback.
Consolidate sample
comments, update images, and prepare revision details for suppliers.
Follow up on
revised samples and coordinate with the team to review subsequent fitting
rounds.
Support other tasks
related to sample development and fashion product development as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Functional
knowledge & experience: Good aesthetic sense.
Functional
skill: Ability to observe and evaluate garment
silhouettes and accurately record fitting comments.
Managerial
skill:
- Ability to organize tasks and manage sample documents and images.
- Ability to track work progress and ensure information accuracy.
Other
skills:
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, careful,
and proactive at work.
Education: Third-year or fourth-year university students,
or recent graduates.
Seniority: No prior work experience
required.
Office skills: Basic proficiency in Excel
and PowerPoint.
Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented,
responsible, creative, and receptive to feedback.
