An In-app Ads Operation Intern will monitor and analyze app monetization performance, providing optimization recommendations to improve revenue for app publishers. This includes reviewing ad accounts, enhancing network performance, and advising on ad strategy, culminating in performance reports and presentations.
What You'll Do
Monitor and analyze In-app Ads (IAA) monetization performance for app publishers (our clients) across various markets (ex: VN, KR, TW, etc).
Improve IAA revenue for app publishers through
Reviewing publisher ad monetization accounts (e.g., AdMob, GAM, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay) and providing optimization recommendations.
Enhancing mediation ad network performance through data analysis, waterfall price adjustments, and A/B testing.
Advising on ad logic, frequency capping, and new ad placements/formats to optimize user experience and revenue.
Prepare performance review reports and presentations to update publishers and suggest new strategies.
Who You Are
Final-year university students or fresh-graduated
Having or be eager to equip yourself with an understanding of the online advertising industry, and a passion for technology.
Having strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative, and integrity.
Energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to react to changing priorities.
The ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment is also critical.
Demonstrate a keen interest of mobile games, technology, marketing, analytics, and data-driven solutions
Good Excel/Google Sheets, Chat GPT skills and advanced proficiency in other MS Office programs is a plus
Proficiency in English is a must
Be able to commit for at least 6 months
Detail-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding communication
An open mind with a strong willingness to learn, independent, passionate, self-motivated and quick learner
