JOB DESCRIPTION
• Support PO
processing and prepare related documents
• Track order status,
supplier timelines, and update data files
• Assist in weekly
reports and highlight pending items
• Coordinate with internal
stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
• Organize contracts,
invoices, and maintain proper documentation
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply
Chain, Logistics,...
• Good communication skills
• Good Excel skills,
detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.
• Proactive, hard working, independent, responsible, and willing to learn
