What will you do?
Ensure enough Capacity & Utilization for production lines and equipment from peak production quantity forecast of year using CAMA, LADM and MPH analysis.
Optimize control by Poka Yoke / Jidoka in all cells by improving Process Quality.
Ensure Productivity on DLP Saving by Design Time Reduction Projects, KD Improvement Projects, Ergonomic Assessment and Process Design Improvement.
Ensure the qualification of new projects and new processes to have a smooth running.
Achieve the targeted SPS Score and maintain for the year through continuous improvement tools and techniques, and involve on standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing.
Ensure the activity and all products comply to Safety, Quality, Health and Environmental requirements. Optimize the overall process and ensure that all metrics are measured for improvement.
Maintain a disciplined process to ensure processes, procedures, equipments, visual, jig/fixtures, etc. are available to support production activities per the schedule.
Location: Schneider Electric Manufacturing Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, HCM city
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Education: Major from Industrial Engineering, Industrial System engineering, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics
Business Understanding: Line design, Kaizen activities, Process improvement, Lean concept
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent in oral and written English, knowledge of AutoCad.
